The club currently fields three senior men teams playing fifteen-a-side rugby.
The 1st and reserve teams are playing in the Super League against the best rugby clubs in the province of Quebec.
Our third teams is aimed at Old Boys and any player looking for casual rugby games in the summer.

Teams are participating to sevens tournaments from September to November.
​
Trainings are Thursdays
From 6:30PM to 8:00PM
At our training field in Verdun

Games are on Saturdays
When we're not on the road, home games are played at our field in Sainte Julie

The club currently fields one senior women's team playing fifteen-a-side rugby and participating to sevens tournaments.

The team plays in the development division in the Quebec and Eastern Ontario rugby union league.

From 6:30PM to 8:00PM at Parc Arthur-Therrien in Verdun.

Rugby is a summer sport in North America, ​however we train all year.
Join us for our winter academy to stay fit and build your rugby skills.
Our sessions are open to any senior player, men and women, new to rugby and veterans.

SAINTE-JULIE
WOLFHOUNDS
The Saint Julie Wolfhounds junior rugby program is run by the Montreal Irish Rugby Football Club.The aim is to bring the sport of rugby to boys and girls aged 14-18 in and around Sainte-Julie, in a fun and inclusive environment.
​
At the Irish we aim to bring the very best from our boys and girls by teaching them the basic skills of rugby through fun games and drills. They will develop dexterity and skills under the context of rugby and will learn about respect for their teammates and opposition.
​
Trainings are Tuesdays from 6:30PM to 8:00PM and Saturdays from 10:00AM to 12:00PM at our field in Sainte-Julie
VERDUN
WOLFHOUNDS
Verdun Rugby is organized by the Montreal Irish Rugby Football Club and is aimed at bringing the sport of rugby to boys and girls aged 4 to 14 in Verdun, in a fun and encouraging environment.
​
Boys and girls are taught the basic skills, through fun games and drills and learn about respect for their teammates and opposition.The program aims to develop your child’s aptitude, dexterity, skills under the context of rugby all while keeping them stimulated and fit.
Sessions are
Sundays 10:00AM to 11:30AM for all age groups from U6 to U14 at our training field at Parc Beurling
Thursdays 6:00PM to 7:30PM for U12 to U14 at Parc Arthur-Therien
RIVE-SUD CELTICS
The Rive-Sud Celtics is aimed to boys and girls from under 6 to 14 years old willing to play rugby on the south shore of Montreal. This year, Celtics and Saint-Julie Wolfhounds decided to join forces and create the biggest minis & junior rugby program on the south shore of Montreal.
Sessions take place at our fields in Sainte-Julie, in Saint-Lambert or Greenfieldpark
