MIRFC ALUMNI RUN TWO PARALLEL MINI-RUGBY PROGRAMS IN VERDUN & THE SOUTH SHORE
MISSION
The Verdun Mini Rugby Program is designed to teach children between the ages of 4 to 16 non-contact, progressive rugby skills in a fun and encouraging environment. Boys and girls are taught the basic skills, through fun games and drills and learn about respect for their teammates and opposition.The program aims to develop your child’s aptitude, dexterity, skills under the context of rugby all while keeping them stimulated and fit.

Children between 11 and 16 years of age
can participate in our affiliated South Shore
program.

*The South Shore mini rugby program is run
by Montreal Irish Alumni under the Celtics
branding. Please select "Celtics" when
registering.
AFFILIATED PROGRAMS
The MIRFC mini rugby programs, both in Verdun and the South Shore, have girls and boys teams at every age grouping, with the exception of U15 girls.
