Inter Cities Cup won by the Markham Irish Canadian RFC
The MIRFC were unable to retain the Inter-Cities Cup in Montreal this time around, losing 48-24 to the visitors but all pre-season games are a learning experience. The around 70 Markham Irish Canadian RFC travelled from Ontario, bringing along a contingent of Alumni, Junior Boys and Girls and a Senior team. An excellent write up of the weekend has been written by the MICRFC and I invite you all to read it https://www.markhamirishrugby.com/single-post/2017/05/08/Montreal-Tour-2017—Recap
Word is that the team enjoyed their visit to Montreal very much and the Alumni dinner that was held on the evening before. We are looking forward to keep this revived tradition going.

For those that missed it a private viewing of the Selby Tour was held at our sponsors Terrasse Saint-Ambroise this Monday. That’s it, you missed the video, but the terrasse is still there so when mother nature decides to show us some sun again be sure to check it out.
