Beacuse 2010 was a great season with a great bunch of guys, and 2011 is going to be even better!

What to bring:

For now, bring rugby/soccer boots, shorts, rugby socks, a rugby shirt (if you have one), a big bottle of water, and snacks for before during and after.
Good snacks are: Fruit, applesauce, granola bars, juice, gatorade, muffins, cereal, vegetables, sandwiches.
BAD snacks are: Anything heavy and greasy and fried. ex. Bacon, french fries, hot dogs, burgers
softdrinks (will make you uncomfortable), dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt) will cause lots of congestion and negatively affect your breathing and performance).

So, lets all find the time to make this happen. Tell yourself that its finally here and that by starting the first practice well we will be on the road to success for the rest of the season.

See you on wednesday night, and if you have any problems, don’t hesitate to write me at eirekeane@gmail.com, or, on facebook David Keane, or by telephone at 514 804-4957.

Don’t forget to drag your friends out!
